Star Jax Cleaning was recommended to me by my daughter. Marcia made an appointment with me to give me an estimate. She showed up on time, always a plus. Marcia was very professional and personable. She left me with her information packet and told me she would text me later that day to see what my thoughts were. She followed up, as expected, and set up a time to start. On the day of my first cleaning, 2 lovely women showed up and spent the next 5 hours doing my initial cleaning, at the same cost as my monthly cleaning; time intervals are optional-I chose once per month. Frankly, the ladies surpassed my expectations. They worked non-stop for the next 5 hours. They cleaned everything! Honestly, I was a bit surprised they found so much to clean!!! They did fans, glass doors, under all of the chairs, couches…every piece of furniture. The kitchen was left immaculate and the bathrooms were sparkling. Every detail was attended to. I couldn’t be more thrilled. The ladies were barely out the front door and Marcia made a follow up phone call to see if I was satisfied with the service. This company has old school ethics and values. They deliver on everything they advertise and are extremely professional. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a fair price for a great product!
Yesterday we had our initial house cleaning with Marcia and her staff. They were here for several hours doing a deep cleaning(shutters, baseboards, inside windows) as well as the general cleaning service. They did a wonderful job. We will definitely continue with Star Jax for home cleaning services.
Marcia and the girls – Pamela and Esther have been cleaning our house for over a year. They do excellent work. We currently have them clean every other week with a deep clean twice a year. Recently I had some health issues, and my husband had heart issues. Marcia and Pamela brought us delicious homemade food. Highly recommend StarJax for all of you home cleaning services.
Starjax cleaning crew have been cleaning our home every two weeks for almost two years and we are very happy with their work! Their cleaning skills are excellent and efficient. It is so nice to have a sparkling clean home, especially the bathrooms and kitchen. Marcia always finds a way to make it work when I have to make changes to the schedule.
